Paul Camuti is President of Siemens Corporate Research (SCR), a division of Siemens Corporation, located in Princeton, New Jersey within the United States.
SCR is one of several Siemens Corporate Technology research and development centers worldwide. Since it was founded in 1977, it has helped pioneer a broad range of advancements in major industries, delivering innovations to the Siemens global family as well as government agencies, academic institutions, and other organizations. Its Technology-to-Business Center, located in Berkeley, California, is chartered with discovering and launching emerging technologies into profitable businesses. SCR has more than 300 scientists and engineers focused on researching and developing emerging technologies for the energy, industry, and healthcare sectors.
On a global level, Mr. Camuti is responsible for the Information & Automation Technologies Global Technology Field cluster and is an avid spokesperson for technologies that fall under this domain. Notable recent engagements include testifying before the United States Senate Foreign Relations Committee on technology transfer in preparation for the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and presenting to the Presidential Council of Advisors from the Office of Science and Technology Policy.
Before joining SCR, Mr. Camuti headed the Chemical & Pharmaceutical Industry business for Siemens Energy & Automation, Inc. He was responsible for the sales, marketing, and industry planning for Siemens industrial products and solutions targeting the chemical and life sciences markets in North America.
Paul Camuti has been with Siemens for 15 years. From 1995-2002 he led the Process Automation Systems business and founded the Industrial Software business for Siemens Energy & Automation, Inc. Prior to joining Siemens, he managed the industrial metering, relaying, and discrete automation businesses for Westinghouse Electric.
Aside from his duties within SCR, Paul is involved in numerous professional and philanthropic outreach efforts both within and beyond the company. He is a member of the advisory board at the University of California-Berkeley’s College of Engineering, and the advisory council of the Department of Energy’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory, and serves on the Siemens Foundation board. Mr. Camuti is a graduate of Lehigh University, and successfully completed the Siemens Advanced Management Program at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

President and Chief Executive Officer, Building Technologies Division

As President and CEO, Daryl Dulaney is responsible for all business activity and executive management of Siemens Industry, Inc., the largest of Siemens AG’s Industry Sector businesses in the U.S. Encompassing in excess of $10 billion in revenue and approximately 32,000 employees, Siemens Industry, Inc. is comprised of five divisions including Industry Solutions, Drive Technologies, Industry Automation, Building Technologies, and Mobility. As a member of the board of directors, Dulaney oversees all business activities of the Industry Sector in the U.S, which includes OSRAM Sylvania, PLM Software, Water Technologies, and Siemens Industry, Inc.
Additionally, Dulaney is Division CEO for Building Technologies, a premier provider of energy and environmental solutions, building controls and fire safety and security systems. After his appointment to CEO in 2005, Dulaney guided the restructuring of the Building Technologies Division, including the successful implementation of cost containment and business process optimization strategies that have resulted in unprecedented revenue growth and record profitability.
Dulaney joined Building Technologies as a sales engineer in 1979, holding several key managerial positions, ranging from joint venture management in Hong Kong to senior vice president of field operations, North America. Prior to his current appointment, Dulaney led the Building Automation business unit of Building Technologies to four consecutive years of double-digit increases in sales, profit and EVA.
Dulaney is also a board member of the Siemens Foundation, and serves on the Governing Board of Gilda’s Club Chicago, a cancer support organization founded to create a healing community for all people whose lives are impacted by the disease.
Dulaney earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Ohio State University and Masters in Business Administration from the J. L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Siemens Water Technologies

Charles Gordon was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Water Technologies on February 1, 2008. Previously he served as Executive Vice President of the Water & Wastewater Systems Group, and from 2003 - 2005 he served as President of the USFilter Water & Wastewater Services and Products Group. Gordon has been a member of the USFilter (now Siemens Water Technologies) management team since the acquisition of Arrowhead Industrial Water in May, 1995.
Gordon received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Dakota and completed a Masters of Business Administration at the Babcock School of Wake Forest University. Between receiving his M.B.A. and joining USFilter, Gordon held several financial and marketing management positions within the BFGoodrich Corporation. He is located at the Siemens Water Technologies corporate headquarters in Warrendale, Pennsylvania.

Oliver Hauck is the president and chief executive officer of Siemens Transportation Systems, Inc., a full-service provider of products and services for the transportation industry in North America.
Mr. Hauck began his career with Siemens AG in Germany in 1982 as a systems engineer for the metals industry. In 1985, Mr. Hauck transferred to Siemens Energy & Automation in the United States as a senior systems engineer.
In 1991, Mr. Hauck was named manager of the Process Industries Business Unit. In this role, he was responsible for the business unit's profitability, resource optimizations and business strategies. He held this position until being named vice president, Systems Division in 1994. The division was expanded in 1995 to include the automation systems business, and Mr. Hauck was named vice president, Industrial & Logistics Systems Division. He was named vice president, Industrial Systems & Service Division in 1997 when the division was expanded to include field service.
In 1998, he was promoted to president of Siemens Westinghouse Technical Services when Siemens acquired Westinghouse's Electrical Engineering Services Division and created a technical services business to better serve customers. In 1999, he was assigned responsibility for the entire Industrial Systems and Technical Services Division, including Siemens Westinghouse. He was also named to the Siemens Energy & Automation Executive Committee.
In December 2000, Mr. Hauck was named senior vice president of Siemens Energy & Automation's Process Industries Division, which provides total life cycle requirements (products, solutions, large systems, and Level III services) for specific industries. In this role, he strengthened Siemens Energy & Automation's overall position within the industrial market by realizing the potential for future growth and a stronger customer alignment.
In December 2001, Mr. Hauck was named president and chief executive officer of Siemens Transportation Systems, Inc., now Mobility Division U.S.
Oliver earned a master's degree in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Erlangen/Nuremberg, Germany.
Healthcare Sector, CEO Workforce & Solutions Division

Since January 1, 2008 Tom Miller has been Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Workflow & Solutions Division, Siemens Healthcare Sector.
For more than 30 years, Miller has devoted his career to the development of medical technology. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in nuclear engineering with a minor in English literature from the University of Massachusetts and a Master’s degree from Harvard Medical School and MIT’s (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) joint program in medical physics. While studying toward his degree, he published numerous scientific papers on the topic of particle therapy.
Miller launched his Siemens career in 1982 as product specialist with the Computed Tomography (CT) Business Unit. During this initial 15-year tenure with Siemens Healthcare (form. Medical Solutions), Miller was promoted to numerous management positions beginning in 1984 when he assumed the U.S. sales and marketing management of the then newly created Business Unit of Magnetic Resonance (MR). Subsequently in 1992, Miller was promoted to CEO of the MR Business Unit in Erlangen Germany and in 1995 returned to the USA to head Healthcare’s U.S. sales and service organization.
In addition to these Siemens leadership positions, in 1997, Miller became President and CEO of Carl Zeiss, Inc., the American subsidiary of the German manufacturer of optical systems, and simultaneously served as CEO of their worldwide medical division. He also was co-founder of LightLab Imaging, which commercialized a new diagnostic-imaging method called optical coherence tomography (OCT), and was sold in 2002.
The following years, Miller ran the Business Development function for Healthcare and later managed the Business Unit Health Services of Siemens Healthcare (form. Medical Solutions) and thereafter became a member of the Group Executive Management Board of the Healthcare Sector in 2006. Subsequently, he was appointed CEO of the Workflow & Solutions Division.

North American Transmission and Distribution Divisions

David Pacyna is Senior Vice President & General Manager of Siemens Energy Inc., North American Transmission and Distribution Divisions. He has served in this capacity since 2002. Dave came to SPT&D from Siemens Westinghouse Power Corporation (SWPC) in Orlando, where, he was a member of the senior management team and served as the Vice President in charge of Global Business Strategy. SPT&D is a leading provider of transmission & distribution technology and solutions, serving electric utility and industrial customers throughout the United States and around the world. SPT&D operates in the U.S. from five major locations and a number of satellite facilities to deliver manufactured product, developed software solutions, systems engineering expertise, T&D network analysis/consulting, turnkey project execution, and complete service capability.
Dave began his career in the power industry in 1984 at the Westinghouse Electric Corporation. When Siemens acquired Westinghouse from CBS in August 1998, he was the vice president of power generation sales for Latin America and Canada and in 1999, was named vice president in charge of global business strategy. He has extensive international experience within the power industry, having led project development, and sales and marketing efforts in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, the former Soviet Union, Turkey, Canada, and Latin and South America.
Dave is also currently serving as a member of the U.S. National Executive Committee of CIGRE. He is a Member of the Board of the Power Equipment Division of the National Electric Manufacturers Association (NEMA).
Dave holds a BS degree in mechanical engineering from Union College in Schenectady, NY.
Senior Vice President, Human Resources Siemens Corporation

As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Mike Panigel is responsible for the strategic direction, design and governance of human resources policies and practices for Siemens U.S and the Americas. Mike also serves on the Corporate Human Resources Leadership Board responsible for setting global HR Strategy and Policy.
Previously, Mike served as Vice President, Human Resources of Siemens Medical Solutions based in Malvern, Pennsylvania. He led the integration of significant healthcare businesses acquired during the last several years and played a key role in designing and implementing a coordinated human resource strategy across Siemens Medical’s six divisions and 12,700 employees located throughout the U.S.
Prior to his assignment with Siemens Medical, Mike served as Vice President, Global Compensation & Benefits at Siemens AG in Munich. Before moving to Siemens’ headquarters in Munich, Mike led the human resources function in a number of different regions, including South Africa and 14 other neighboring countries earlier in his career.
Mike has a degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Pretoria and postgraduate qualifications in Labor Law and General Management from the University of South Africa.

Michael Reitermann is the CEO of Siemens Healthcare's U.S. organization, effective July 1, 2009. Reitermann leads the marketing, sales and service functions for Siemens Healthcare in the U.S., including the medical imaging, therapy and health care information technology businesses. He is based at the U.S. headquarters in Malvern, Pa.
Reitermann has enjoyed a long career with Siemens. Among other things, he worked as a senior project manager at the corporate strategies division as well as a partner in Siemens Management Consulting. Reitermann also served as vice president for sales, marketing and innovation of the Siemens Angiography, Fluoroscopy and X-ray business unit. Most recently, as CEO of Siemens Molecular Imaging (MI) Business Unit, and president of the former Nuclear Medicine division since July 2002, Reitermann was responsible for the establishment and implementation of MI's business objectives around the world.
Chief Financial Officer Siemens Corporation, Cluster CFO, Siemens USA

Klaus P. Stegemann, 53, was named Chief Financial Officer of Siemens Corporation in June 2009—a position he previously held from 2002 to 2005. He additionally serves as Cluster CFO for Siemens USA and coordinates CFOs throughout the Western Hemisphere, including the Clusters of Brazil, Canada, Meso-America and Austral-Andina.
Prior to returning to the United States, he served from 2005 to 2008 as CFO of Siemens Medical Solutions/Siemens’ Healthcare Sector in Erlangen, Germany, where he oversaw all financial matters for this nearly $15 billion business with 48,000 employees worldwide.
In 2004, while previously serving as CFO of Siemens Corporation in New York, he also assumed responsibility for coaching Siemens’ CIO Americas organization, signaling information management’s importance as a key driver for business success.
Prior to joining Siemens Corporation, he was the CFO since 1999 of the worldwide Angiography, Fluoroscopy and Radiographic Systems Business of Siemens AG Medical Solutions (Forcheim, Germany), where he applied the financial strategies and tools that ultimately turned the business around in less than two years.
Klaus has had an exceptional 36-year career in financial operations at Siemens, both in the U.S. and in Germany. He has taken on a variety of important global challenges, in each case making a major contribution to Siemens’ business performance.
Before he joined Siemens Medical, Klaus cultivated a unique array of business unit experience in the U.S. and Germany, including projects at the Company’s Transportation Systems, Automation & Drives, Power Generation, Industrial Solutions & Services Groups, and at the Siemens AG Corporate headquarters, where he helped solve the tough business challenges associated with restructuring, integration and profitability.

Randy H. Zwirn is CEO, Energy Service Division of Siemens AG, Energy Sector, a position he assumed in January 2008. He also serves as President and CEO of Siemens Energy, Inc., with regional responsibility for the overall Energy Sector in the Americas.
Prior to his most recent position, Mr. Zwirn was a member of the Group Executive Management of the Siemens Power Generation Group, a position he held since 1998.
Prior to 1998, Mr. Zwirn served as President of the Power Generation business of Westinghouse Electric Corporation, a position he was appointed to in January 1996. Siemens acquired the Westinghouse Power Generation business in 1998.
Mr. Zwirn held various positions in general management, operations, projects, marketing and corporate finance at Westinghouse. He was elected a Corporate Officer of Westinghouse in 1995.
Mr. Zwirn joined Westinghouse Electric in 1976 and has spent most of his career in positions of increasing responsibility within the Power Generation and Energy businesses.
He previously served on the Board of Directors of AREVA, USA and The University of Central Florida Foundation.
Mr. Zwirn holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Brooklyn College.
