George Nolen, 52, is President and Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Corporation, the U.S. subsidiary of Siemens AG.
With 70,000 Siemens employees based in all 50 states, and revenues of $20 billion, Siemens in the USA represents some 20% of the worldwide company’s revenues. It is a leader in industry, energy and healthcare.
George rose through the ranks of Siemens over the last 25 years to become, in January 2004, the first American chosen to run the U.S. arm of Munich-based Siemens, which has 400,000 employees in 190 countries throughout the world. Since becoming CEO of Siemens Corporation, the U.S. company has experienced more than three years of double digit growth and $17 billion in new acquisitions, resulting in the United States being the largest revenue producing operation in Siemens worldwide.
A member of The Business Roundtable, George also serves as a board and Executive Committee member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and on the board of the New York Hall of Science. In 2005, the Governor of Virginia named him to the Board of Visitors of Virginia Tech, where he is an alumnus. He is also the Chairman of the Virginia Bioinformatics Institute.

Jack Bergen is responsible for all external and internal communications, and integrated marketing and brand advertising for the Siemens USA, a $20 billion diversified electronics and engineering company with 70,000 U.S. employees.
Previously, Jack served as President of the Council of Public Relations Firms, the first trade association representing the public relations industry. Jack joined the Council from CBS Corporation, where as Senior Vice President for Corporate Relations he directed all communications with investors, government officials, media and employees, as well as corporate marketing and the TV network's standards and practices group. He played a key role in the transformation of the Westinghouse Electric Corporation into CBS - widely recognized as one of the most successful restructurings in corporate history.
Prior to Westinghouse and CBS, Jack was President and Chief Executive Officer of GCI Group, the international public relations and government affairs arm of Grey Advertising, with operations in 24 countries. He led GCI through a major expansion, doubling U.S revenues in two years and earning the distinction of most improved and fastest growing major agency in the public relations industry.
Earlier in his career, Jack was President of U.S. operations for the public relations firm Hill & Knowlton, and director of strategic communications at General Electric.
A Vietnam veteran who also led military units in Europe and Korea, Jack was an Army Ranger and paratrooper. He served as a strategic planner in the Pentagon and as chief speechwriter to Secretary of Defense Caspar Weinberger during the Reagan Administration.
Jack graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and also received a Master's Degree in English from Indiana University. He taught English, philosophy, and ethics at West Point. He is the author of "A Test for Technology," a book on electronic warfare and technology in the Vietnam War. Listed in “Who’s Who in the U.S., in 2004, he was named Marketing Executive of the Year by the Business Marketing Association. He was chosen as the 2007 U.S. winner of the Public Relations Society of America’s Atlas Award for Lifetime Achievement.

Daryl Dulaney became President and Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Building Technologies, Inc., on January 1, 2005.
Dulaney leads the U.S. operations of the world’s premier provider of facility performance solutions. Headquartered in Buffalo Grove, Ill., Siemens Building Technologies makes buildings comfortable, safe, productive and less costly to operate. The company focuses on improving the performance of its customer’s buildings, so that its customers can focus on improving their business performance. In the U.S., Siemens Building Technologies employs 7,400 people and provides a full range of services and solutions from more than 100 locations coast-to-coast.
Dulaney joined Siemens Building Technologies as a sales engineer in 1979, and since that time has held several key managerial positions, ranging from joint venture management in Hong Kong to senior vice president of field operations North America. Prior to his current appointment, Dulaney led the Building Automation division of Siemens Building Technologies to four consecutive years of double-digit increases in sales, profit and EVA.
Recently, Dulaney was named to the Governing Board of Gilda’s Club Chicago, an organization founded by the late actress Gilda Radner’s husband, family and friends to create a support community for people living with cancer and their families and friends. Dulaney also is a board member of Siemens One, the cross-selling arm of Siemens in the U.S., and the Siemens Foundation, which provides more than $4.5 million towards science, technology, engineering and math initiatives annually.
Dulaney earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Ohio State University and Masters in Business Administration from the J. L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He has two children and currently resides in Long Grove, Ill., with his wife, Jan.

Paul Camuti is President and Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Corporate Research, Inc. (SCR), a unit he has presided over since April 2006. He is also responsible for Siemens Technology-to-Business Center located in Berkeley, California, USA.
SCR is one of several Siemens Corporate Technology research and development centers worldwide. Since it was founded in 1977, it has helped pioneer a broad range of advancements in major industries, delivering innovations to the Siemens global family of operating companies as well as government agencies, academic institutions, and other organizations.
Mr. Camuti has held a variety of leadership positions at Siemens since joining the organization in 1995. From 1995-2002, he led the Process Automation Systems business and was instrumental in the founding of the Industrial Software business for Siemens Energy & Automation, Inc. Prior to his appointment at SCR, he was charged with leading the Chemical & Pharmaceutical Industry business for Siemens Energy & Automation, Inc. In this capacity, he oversaw the sales, marketing, and industry planning for Siemens industrial products and solutions in North America.
Mr. Camuti also serves as Director of the Siemens Foundation, an organization dedicated to the support of technology, engineering, and math education. His leadership has also been called upon to serve as Director and Advisor to a cluster of Siemens portfolio companies, in cooperation with Siemens Venture Capital (SVC).
Mr. Camuti is a graduate of Lehigh University, and has successfully completed the Siemens Leadership course at Duke University.

Siemens Medical Solutions, USA

As president of the Customer Solutions Group for Siemens Medical Solutions, USA, Dr. Heinrich Kolem heads the U.S. operations of one of the most successful divisions of multinational company, Siemens AG. His responsibilities include sales, service and logistics of Siemens Medical Solutions U.S. business, including healthcare information technology (HIT), medical imaging equipment, and medical therapy.
The Customer Solutions Group focuses on strengthening the Siemens/customer relationship by ensuring that Siemens partners with its customers to identify key industry issues and create individual solutions – effectively combining imaging, HIT, in-vitro diagnostics, and a full range of services - to help achieve productive outcomes.
In 1989 Kolem brought his insight and leadership to the Magnetic Resonance (MR) Division at Siemens Medical Solutions where he succeeded in a variety of positions including clinical application development, hardware engineering, manufacturing logistics and marketing. In 2001, Kolem became president of the MR division, and lead it to achieve unprecedented market leadership in the U.S. and the world. Under his leadership, Siemens introduced Tim® (Total imaging matrix) technology – the healthcare industry’s first seamless, whole body surface coil design that allows radiologists to image individuals with one scan, eliminating the need to reposition patients multiple times for a whole-body MRI procedure. Kolem also spearheaded the introduction of the MAGNETOM Espree system - the first 1.5T open bore MRI system. With a 70 cm (nearly 2.3 feet) bore diameter, the Espree makes state-of-the-art MR imaging available to larger patients, and allows for more than 60 percent of exams to be completed with the patient’s head outside of the bore – easing concerns for claustrophobic patients.
A scientist as well as a business man, Kolem studied physics at the University of Dortmund in Germany, and completed postdoctoral studies at the University of Utah, where he conducted research and experiments to advance MRI technology. He is an honorary professor and frequent lecturer at Chongqing University in China.

David Pacyna is President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Siemens Power Transmission & Distribution, Inc. (SPT&D). He has served in this capacity since 2002. Dave came to SPT&D from Siemens Westinghouse Power Corporation (SWPC) in Orlando, where, he was a member of the senior management team and served as the Vice President in charge of Global Business Strategy. SPT&D is a leading provider of transmission & distribution technology and solutions, serving electric utility and industrial customers throughout the United States and around the world. SPT&D operates in the U.S. from five major locations and a number of satellite facilities to deliver manufactured product, developed software solutions, systems engineering expertise, T&D network analysis/consulting, turnkey project execution, and complete service capability.
Dave began his career in the power industry in 1984 at the Westinghouse Electric Corporation. When Siemens acquired Westinghouse from CBS in August 1998, he was the vice president of power generation sales for Latin America and Canada and in 1999, was named vice president in charge of global business strategy. He has extensive international experience within the power industry, having led project development, and sales and marketing efforts in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, the former Soviet Union, Turkey, Canada, and Latin and South America.
Dave is also currently serving as a member of the U.S. National Executive Committee of CIGRE. He is a Member of the Board of the Power Equipment Division of the National Electric Manufacturers Association (NEMA).
Dave holds a BS degree in mechanical engineering from Union College in Schenectady, NY. He and his wife, Andrea, reside in Raleigh, North Carolina, with their two children.

Oliver Hauck is the president and chief executive officer of Siemens Transportation Systems, Inc., a full-service provider of products and services for the transportation industry in North America.
Mr. Hauck began his career with Siemens AG in Germany in 1982 as a systems engineer for the metals industry. In 1985, Mr. Hauck transferred to Siemens Energy & Automation in the United States as a senior systems engineer.
In 1991, Mr. Hauck was named manager of the Process Industries Business Unit. In this role, he was responsible for the business unit's profitability, resource optimizations and business strategies. He held this position until being named vice president, Systems Division in 1994. The division was expanded in 1995 to include the automation systems business, and Mr. Hauck was named vice president, Industrial & Logistics Systems Division. He was named vice president, Industrial Systems & Service Division in 1997 when the division was expanded to include field service.
In 1998, he was promoted to president of Siemens Westinghouse Technical Services when Siemens acquired Westinghouse's Electrical Engineering Services Division and created a technical services business to better serve customers. In 1999, he was assigned responsibility for the entire Industrial Systems and Technical Services Division, including Siemens Westinghouse. He was also named to the Siemens Energy & Automation Executive Committee.
In December 2000, Mr. Hauck was named senior vice president of Siemens Energy & Automation's Process Industries Division, which provides total life cycle requirements (products, solutions, large systems, and Level III services) for specific industries. In this role, he strengthened Siemens Energy & Automation's overall position within the industrial market by realizing the potential for future growth and a stronger customer alignment.
In December 2001, Mr. Hauck was named president and chief executive officer of Siemens Transportation Systems, Inc.
Oliver earned a master's degree in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Erlangen/Nuremberg, Germany.

Randy H. Zwirn is the President and CEO of Siemens Power Generation, Inc. in the Americas and the CEO of the global Energy Service Division of the Siemens Energy Sector.
Mr. Zwirn has held a senior executive position with Siemens since 1998.
Prior to this, he served as the President of Westinghouse Power Generation, a position to which he was appointed in December 1997.
Mr. Zwirn joined Westinghouse Electric Corporation in 1976 and has spent most of his 32 years with Siemens and Westinghouse in various positions of increasing responsibility within the Power Generation and Energy businesses.
Mr. Zwirn is a graduate of Brooklyn College and lives in Longwood, Florida.

As President & Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Energy & Automation, Inc., Dennis Sadlowski has executive responsibility for the company's strategic direction, operating performance and marketplace success. He was named President and Chief Executive Officer in July 2007. He is a member of the company's Board of Directors.
Sadlowski is responsible for all staff functions, subsidiaries and business operations including the Sales organization and seven operating divisions: Automation & Motion, Electronic Assembly Systems, Metal Technologies, Postal Automation, Power Conversion, Power Distribution & Controls, Process Solutions and Residential Products.
Following 17 years of industry experience with GE and Thomas and Betts, Dennis joined Siemens Energy and Automation in July 2000 to lead the Power Distribution Infrastructure & Controls Division as Vice President and General Manager until the end of 2003. He then relocated to Germany for a three-year leadership assignment with the Automation Sensor Business of Siemens Automation and Drives group before returning to SE&A in 2006 as Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Mr. Sadlowski was tasked with maintaining and ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction across all divisions of SE&A.
Sadlowski began his career with General Electric where he held positions of increasing responsibility over a 10-year period. Prior to joining Siemens, Mr. Sadlowski served as Vice President & General Manager of Thomas and Betts, a manufacturer of electrical, electronic, mechanical and utility products.
Mr. Sadlowski earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical and Nuclear Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley in 1983. He earned an MBA from Seattle University in 1990.

As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Mike Panigel is responsible for the strategic direction, design and governance of human resources policies and practices for Siemens U.S and the Americas. Mike also serves on the Corporate Human Resources Leadership Board responsible for setting global HR Strategy and Policy.
Previously, Mike served as Vice President, Human Resources of Siemens Medical Solutions based in Malvern, Pennsylvania. He led the integration of significant healthcare businesses acquired during the last several years and played a key role in designing and implementing a coordinated human resource strategy across Siemens Medical’s six divisions and 12,700 employees located throughout the U.S.
Prior to his assignment with Siemens Medical, Mike served as Vice President, Global Compensation & Benefits at Siemens AG in Munich. Before moving to Siemens’ headquarters in Munich, Mike led the human resources function in a number of different regions, including South Africa and 14 other neighboring countries earlier in his career.
Mike has a degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Pretoria and postgraduate qualifications in Labor Law and General Management from the University of South Africa.

Charles Gordon was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Water Technologies on February 1, 2008. Previously he served as Executive Vice President of the Water & Wastewater Systems Group, and from 2003 - 2005 he served as President of the USFilter Water & Wastewater Services and Products Group. Gordon has been a member of the USFilter, now Siemens Water Technologies, management team since the acquisition of Arrowhead Industrial Water in May, 1995.
Gordon received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Dakota and completed a Masters of Business Administration at the Babcock School of Wake Forest University. Between receiving his M.B.A. and joining USFilter, Gordon held several financial and marketing management positions within the BFGoodrich Corporation. He is located at the Siemens Water Technologies corporate headquarters in Warrendale, PA.
